PREPAID CARD

You can use your card worldwide wherever UnionPay is accepted, including at ATM’s for cash withdrawals and making in-store and online purchases. This card is not a credit card so there is no danger of accumulating debt or carrying interest.

You will receive an SMS and an email every time you do a transaction showing amount deposited/withdrawn and balance. You will also receive a monthly statement to your email.

Your Card can be issued in USD only.

If your Prepaid UnionPay Card application has been approved you will receive a notification email from Client Services informing you that your card along with PIN are sent in the mail and should arrive within 3 business days.

Your Card can be funded by transferring funds from any of the designated Exchange Houses to a specified beneficiary. More details can be given upon request after you receive your card.

Deposits will be added within same working day if received before 12 noon, you need to send email with the receipt to operations@kartee.com.jo and admin@acemarkets.com in order to follow up.

You can login to your member area and request a withdrawal.

If you have reason to believe that your card is lost or stolen, you should block your card as soon as possible. Please contact customer services support and request your card to be blocked. After the card is blocked, and as per your request we will request you a new card.
