Terms and Conditions: Delta Trader Programme

Delta Trading Programme (“Programme”) arranged by OXIS Trades Group and operated by our
affiliate, 514 Capital Partners LLC, subject to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
Competition for a place in the Programme
In these Terms the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:
514 CP
514 Capital Partners LLC of 161a Shedden Road, Grand Cayman KY 1-1001, registered with the
Cayman Island Monetary Authority (CIMA) with registration number is 661695, and a member of 180
Capital.
Account
Your OXIS Trades trading account(s) registered for the purposes of the Competition with OXIS Trades or another member of the OXIS Trades Group.
OXIS Trades Group
OXIS Trades, its subsidiary undertakings (as defined in section 1162 Companies Act 2006) and any
company under common control with OXIS Trades including but not limited to OXIS Trades Financial
Services (UK) Limited, OXIS Trades Financial Services (Dubai) Limited, OXIS Trades Ltd, AFS
Global, ACGI International, and OXIS Trades SAL.
Competition
The quarterly competition as described more fully in these Terms, operated by OXIS Trades for
places in the Programme.
Evaluation Date
The evaluation date of this round will be on 13 August 2020, however if this date falls on a
weekend or a public holiday, the evaluation date will be pushed towards the first following
business day.
Initial Commencement Date
13 May 2020
Joining Date
The later of the Initial Commencement Date or the date on which you joined the Competition,
subject to compliance with these Terms.
Minimum Balance
$1,000 or equivalent in another currency, held in your OXIS Trades trading account, or such
other sum set by OXIS Trades from time to time.
Eligibility of Competition
To participate in the Competition, all traders must register via www.oxistrades.com.
In order to be eligible to participate in the Competition, at all times you (or “Participant”)
must be an approved OXIS Trades customer, holding and retaining at least the Minimum Balance in
your Account.
You may be disqualified from the Competition if a withdrawal is made which brings you below the
Minimum Balance, but will be permitted to continue to participate if the balance falls due to
trading losses only.
Eligibility to enter Programme
In order to be eligible to enter into the Programme, you must have executed a minimum of 100
trades since Joining Date and have retained at least the Minimum Balance in your Account.
You will also be required since the Joining Date to have recorded:
an overall profit factor ≥ 1.5 at the Evaluation Date, calculated by dividing the sum generated
on all profitable trades by the absolute value of all loss-making trades executed on your
Account;
a winning trade ratio ≥ 45% at the Evaluation Date, calculated by dividing the total number of
profitable trades by the total number of trades executed on your Account; and
an average profit trade vs. average loss ≥ 1.5 times at the Evaluation Date, calculated by
dividing the average profit made on trades by the average loss in respect of trades executed on
your Account
At the end of day on each Evaluation Date, 514 CP will select up to ten Participants, who have
met the criteria set out at Clause 3.2 & Clause 3.1 above or such other criteria as OXIS Trades
may from time to time set in its absolute discretion (“Criteria”). In the event that more than
ten Participants meet the Criteria, 514 CP will select the top ten performing Participants,
based on a weighted average score of the various Criteria. Each such selected Participant
(irrespective of the total number) shall be referred to thenceforth as a “Top Ten Delta Trader”
and subject to OXIS Trades and 514 CP’s absolute discretion, shall be invited to participate in
the Programme. 514 CP reserves the right to reject any Top Ten Delta Trader from the Competition
at any time.
Each Participant will receive access to a dashboard supplied by OXIS Trades to track their
real-time performance including all evaluation metrics.
Whilst 514 CP will use the metrics indicated on the dashboard, in order to assess which
Participants should be considered Top Ten Delta Traders, 514 CP reserves the right to exercise
its discretion in selecting which Participants to select as Top Ten Delta Traders and may select
or deselect Participants regardless of financial performance.
A Participant may participate in the Competition using more than one trading account. However,
in the event that any single Participant operates more than one top ten ranking account that
Participant shall only be eligible to be considered a Top Ten Delta Trader on one occasion and
shall be capped to trading USD 100,000.
A Participant may opt out from the Competition at any-time. However, the withdrawing Participant
may not re-enter the Programme with the same trading account.
Following the conclusion of each Evaluation Date, OXIS Trades will make reasonable efforts to
contact Participants, qualifying as Top Ten Delta Traders, but if the traders cannot be
contacted, or are unable to comply with these Terms, 514 CP reserves the right to appoint the
next eligible entrant(s) as a Top Ten Delta Trader.
The Programme
The Programme will be operated by 514 CP.
If you are selected to enter the Programme, you will form part of an elite group of up to ten
OXIS Trades customers who will be eligible (subject to approval by OXIS Trades and 514 CP) to
trade individually a notional amount of USD 100,000 and collectively a notional amount of up to
USD 1,000,000 of 514 CP’s proprietary capital.
Participants who are selected as Top Ten Delta Traders agree to the use of their name,
photograph, and disclosure of country of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable
publicity requests by OXIS Trades or 514 CP.
Participants who are selected as Top Ten Delta Traders will be required to enter into a separate
agreement (“Programme Agreement”) with 514 CP prior to being permitted to enter the Programme.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Programme Agreement, the Program
Agreement will govern.
General Provisions
Employees (and family members of employees) of OXIS Trades and 514 CP and any other company
associated with the Programme are not eligible to enter the Competition.
All trades must be made directly by the actual Participant registered in the Competition and not
by any substitute.
Where applicable, the decision of OXIS Trades and / or 514 CP is final and is based on the
criteria set out in the promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into over this
decision. This Competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
